Returns

The TWA Shop accepts returns on eligible orders within 30 days of purchase. 

Returns will be accepted, within 30 days of purchase, if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must also be in their original packaging, with any plastic wrapping still intact. A receipt should also be included with your return.

Some goods are ineligible for return, including but not limited to: items marked final sale, personal care products, books with obvious signs of use, DVDs that have been opened, items not in their original condition or packaging and items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error.

 

Return Shipping 
If your items are eligible for return, please email shop@twahotel.com and include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. The TWA Shop will provide you with a return shipping label. Upon the receipt of your items, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For domestic returns, upon receipt of your items, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For international returns, you are responsible for paying all shipping charges, including duties and taxes.

 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive notification via email about the eligibility of your return. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to three weeks for your refund to be processed.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
There is often processing time before a refund officially posts to your account. If you received notification from us that a refund was pending and haven’t received it after three weeks, please contact your credit card company and bank.
